4-H Portfolio

Utah State 4-H Portfolios are created by 4-H'ers in grades 3 - 12. 4-H'ers in grades 9 - 12 can enter the state portfolio contest in mid-February. Changes were made in 2008. These videos cover portfolios from start to finish.
